Hannah Wilson is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Nutritionist based in Melbourne, Australia. Graduating with a Masters in Nutrition and Dietetics from Wollongong University, Hannah has specialist skills in a range of clinical areas including bariatric surgery, non-surgical weight loss, gastrointestinal conditions (IBS, IBD, coeliac disease, food intolerances and allergies), and chronic disease management.

Hannah Wilson Nutrition was born out of strong desire to deliver compassionate, expertly tailored nutrition care to people seeking to prevent or manage health concerns. She believes everyone should feel confident in their ability to manage their health through food.

Hannah Wilson Nutrition is your source for relatable, practical and personable nutrition advice; and is dedicated to bridging the gap between high-level evidence and everyday implementation. 

With a background in Psychology, Hannah has an approach focused on lasting behaviour change. She is passionate about helping clients identify and overcome barriers to change; and supporting plans to maintain change. Her space is unbiased and without judgement; allowing you to find a safe and comfortable environment in which to let your story unfold. With any luck, you might even have a laugh with her while you’re at it. 

At the forefront of Hannah Wilson Nutrition, is the concept of YOU. Your first consultation will consider you in your entirety – your goals, medical history, lifestyle factors, eating patterns and food preferences, any previous nutrition interventions, and your capacity.

Hannah partners with you to identify the most useful evidence-based approaches to meet your goals, providing support and encouragement every step of the way.

Hannah’s enthusiasm for food and people does not end clinically; she is a lover of wine, strong cappucinos and eating out with family and friends.

In her spare time, you will find Hannah chasing her two little ones around the playground, dancing to baby shark, or (less frequently these days) browsing local markets and shops.

She is fun, playful and a little bit cheeky - which resonates with her professional approach. While you won’t find her policing your food diary or reprimanding you about that 3pm sugar fix, you can rely on her to provide credible and balanced commentary to guide your nutritional choices.
